Agreement to Terms

By using the services of RelyNow Hobbs Landscaping, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

RelyNow Hobbs Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Scheduling and Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time, but weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For recurring services, payment is due on the schedule agreed upon in your service contract.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges. If your account becomes past due, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team to perform services. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked on scheduled service days and that pets are secured. Please notify us of any hazards on your property, including underground utilities, sprinkler heads, or other obstacles.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right. Plant materials are guaranteed for 30 days from installation, provided you follow our recommended care instructions.

We cannot guarantee results affected by weather conditions, pests, disease, or improper maintenance by the property owner.

Liability

RelyNow Hobbs Landscaping carries full liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles that were not marked or disclosed prior to service.

You agree to hold RelyNow Hobbs Landscaping harmless from any claims arising from conditions on your property that you failed to disclose.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
